RESERVATION PROCEDURE FOR A PASSENGER

 
 
● Seat management / Reservation method
 

1.Seat management

 

 Please select "One way" or "Round trip" in "Seat management / Reservation" tab,
   and input "Place of departure", "Place of arrival", and "Number of persons".

 

 Finally, please click "Search" button.

 
 
 

2.Reservation method

 
 
※Above mentioned chart is a example to select "One way", "Adult", "One person" in the previous page.
 
 

 ① Usual fare and discount fare for islander will be shown.

 
   Please mark "○" on the right of "Fare" of the flight.
 

   For a passenger of discount for disabled person, or a passenger who requires special support such as wheelchair,
   please confirm it on the phone when the passenger reserves.

 
 ② In case a passenger uses discount for islander, the passenger should show a certificate of the island resident
 
  such as a driver's license or a health insurance card at the airport counter on the boarding day. * Copy is not acceptable.
 

 ③ In case a passenger uses "Discount fare for round trip", please select "Round trip" in the previous page,
   and select the "Discount fare for round trip" in "Out-bound" and "In-bound"

 
   In case in-bound flight is before sales, please reserve only out-bound flight and add in-bound flight later.
 

   In case a passenger adds reservation, please check "out-bound flight" the passenger reserved,
   and add "in-bound flight" in "Confirmation or Change of Reservation".

 

 ④ In case a passenger inquires vacant seat of some other date, please select the other date, or select "Research".

 

 ⑤ In case a passenger selects flight and fare, total amount will be shown at reservation content column of the right of the screen.

 

   After confirmation, please click "Next".

 
 
3.Please input passenger's information.
 

 ※ In case of reservation with a smartphone, a passenger may input to change "Keyboard" type in some cases.

 

 ① Please input the passenger's name in Hepburn style.

 
  Example: 本田 太郎 → HONNDA TAROU
 

 ② Email address is required to input.

 

 ③ ※ means items that is required to input. 

 

 ④ Please input the first contact information, and the second contact information such as hotel at the destination (if any).

 
  Notice: There are many places not to connect mobile phones in the island.
 

 ⑤ Please input zip code and telephone number without hyphen.

4.Payment

 
 ■ A passenger of payment in cash
 
 

 ① After selection of "Cash", please agree to the terms of service, and click "Purchase".

 

   In case a passenger clicks "Purchase", reservation will be completed .

 

 ② As time limit of purchase is shown at the next screen, please pay at the airport counter within the time required.

 
   ( Please pay before check-in. )
 

   ※ To a passenger who lives in below mentioned area

 
   Postal transfer is available in Toshima and Mikurajima( ATM / Counter )
 
   A passenger can pay at the tourism association in Shikinejima.( Credit card / Cash )

 ③ After settlement, the passenger cannot change to some other passenger's name, and cannot change the boarding section.

 

   Please cancel the reservation and reserve, again.

 ■ A passenger of payment with credit card
 
 ① In case a passenger pays with credit card, please agree to the terms of service, and click "Purchase" after input of requirement.
 

 ② In case a passenger clicks "Purchase", settlement and reservation will be completed .

 
 ③ A cancellation will be charged prescribed fee .
 
 
 ■ A passenger of payment at a convenience store
 

 ① In case a passenger pays at a convenience store, please agree to the terms of service, and click "Purchase" after selection of the store.

 

   In case a passenger clicks "Purchase", reservation will be completed .

 

   Payment number and confirmation number will be shown at the next screen.

 

 ② Please pay at the convenience store the passenger selects by the due date.

 
 ③ A cancellation will be charged prescribed fee .

 ■ Convenience store

 
 ① Reserved / Unpaid

【 Precaution of reservation 】

 

 ① A passenger can reserve from 10:00 am of the same date before one month of the boarding day

 
   ( A passenger can reserve on the phone from 8:30 am of the same date before one month of the boarding day )
 
   Reservation is available for twenty four hours from the same date before one month of the boarding day.
 

 ② A passenger can reserve five seats including adult and child at a time

 
   In case of reservation more than five seats, please reserve dividedly, or reserve on the phone.
 

 ③ Waiting list is not available on internet.

 
   Please ask on the phone.
 

 ④ We have terms and conditions such as number restriction on boarding of infants.

 

   In case a passenger reserves no less than two infants, please ask us and reserve on the phone.

 

 ⑤ In case a passenger requests to transport a pet, or a large baggage such as a surfboard, a fishing pole, a cooler box, and a bicycle,
   such a baggage cannot be accepted in some cases.
